Свежие помидоры и огурцы нарезать тонкими кружочками, репчатый лук — кольцами. Лук с разделочной доски не убираем. Посыпаем его солью, поливаем растительным маслом и перетираем руками. Таким образом приготовленный лук будет мягким и не особо горьким. Сладкий стручковый перец нашинковать соломкой. Всё смешать, прибавив мелко нарезанную зелень петрушки и укропа. Залить салатной заправкой.
